Rep. Lee was born into a working family of ten and worked her entire life, starting at the age of eight. Since being elected, Lee has been known for her bipartisan efforts, including negotiating and securing the passage into law of the once-in-a-generation Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, the single most significant climate investment in U.S. history. Lee is a strong proponent of Women's reproductive healthcare, as well as gun violence prevention.
