Nellie Pou is a former New Jersey State Senator and nationally recognized leader on equity and criminal justice reform. In Congress, Pou is a strong advocate for transportation investment, public safety, and Latino representation in government. She serves as Vice Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Aviation and is a member of the Homeland Security Committee. Pou previously chaired the New Jersey Legislative Latino Caucus and is the first Latina from New Jersey elected to Congress.
