Rep. Maggie Goodlander is a Democratic politician and attorney serving as the U.S. Representative for New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District. Born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire, she worked as a foreign policy advisor to Senators Joe Lieberman and John McCain before serving in the Navy Reserve. After earning her law degree, she clerked for Chief Judge Merrick Garland and Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, worked on congressional oversight and impeachment matters, served in the Department of Justice, and later became a senior White House advisor. She was elected to Congress in 2024 and took office in January 2025.
