Rep. Davis, a U.S. Air Force officer who served in assignments supporting Air Force One and coordinating military family care, deepened his commitment to public service, which ultimately led him to a career in politics. Before Congress, Davis served as Mayor of Snow Hill and spent over a decade in the North Carolina State Senate. In Congress, Davis is a leading voice on education, agriculture, and national security. He serves as Ranking Member of the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development, and as Vice Ranking Member on the House Armed Services Committee.
