Amy Klobuchar was the first woman to be elected as a Senator from Minnesota. Since her election in 2007, she has continued to be a champion for womens’ rights to make their own reproductive decisions. She has also been a vital voice for the protection of Israel as a Jewish and Democratic State. She constantly votes down harmful gun legislation, and stands strongly behind any bills that help rid our country of gun violence.
