Candidate Contribution Form

      Candidate Contribution Form

As a political action committee, JACPAC provides financial contributions to candidates who will benefit from financial support and who will, once elected, act in accordance with JACPAC's issues - including supporting a strong U.S.-Israel relationship, reproductive rights, and separation of religion and state. As a PAC, JACPAC is limited in how much we can give directly to each candidate, so JACPAC also collects donations from our members for candidates who support our issues. These donations are bundled together and delivered directly to the candidates by JACPAC members, using JACPAC as a conduit, to make a greater impact than any single donation could make on its own.

PLEASE USE THIS FORM ONLY IF YOU WISH TO SEND JACPAC CHECKS TO SEND TO CAMPAIGNS. BE SURE TO PRINT OUT THE FORM AND MAIL IT TO THE JAC OFFICE WITH ANY CANDIDATE CHECKS:
