SENATE

U.S. Representative
Ruben Gallego
Democrat - Arizona
Gallego previously served in Arizona’s 3rd Congressional District, including the Phoenix areas, since 2014. His military service as a Marine and deployment to Iraq motivated him to become involved in politics, serving as Chief of Staff for a Phoenix City Councilman and later in the Arizona State House. Gallego is a strong advocate for women’s reproductive rights, supports Israel in their fight against terrorism, and is notorious for his pushback against right wing extremist state legislation.
“Supporting women's health means, first and foremost, ensuring women have the power to make their own health care decisions. That's what I'm fighting for.”
